Beignets!

Right here in Lancaster City. 

Annie and Collin Dawkins opened up Lancaster Beignet Company in October of 2022. Their goal was to create a welcoming space for customers to enjoy the best beignets, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee drinks, around! 

Collin’s family is from Southern Mississippi, and he grew up making the 18+ hour drive to visit every Summer. When Annie and Collin started dating in high school, she was introduced to Beignets, Gumbo, PoBoys and other southern dishes, and they never looked back! 

All of the menu items, containers, and supplies are sustainably sourced.
